Tri-County Quaker Picnic
The Tri-County Quaker Picnic is scheduled for February 26, 2012, in the pavilion at:
Fern Forest Nature Center

We can use the park facilities from early morning until 6 P.M., including the pavilion, the restrooms, the walking paths. Electricity and water are available at the pavilion. The bathrooms are a five minute walk from the picnic area.
Here is the schedule:
11 AM: Meeting for Worship - note: some have found the picnic benches to be uncomfortable. Bringing pillows, camping chairs, or stools may be an alternative.
12 Noon: a potluck picnic lunch. FLFM will provide coffee a 30-cup coffee maker, some plastic ware, some paper plates and some paper and plastic cups; others are encouraged to bring plates, cups, and utensils as well. If you would like to use washable plates, cups, and tableware, please plan to bring your own and wash it at home.
1 PM (or soon after): a panel is being planned to discuss improving attendance and participation in our local meetings.
